Didn't Barry Greenstein's book mentioned that at least one time this happened somewhere and the player was declared all-in?

but if the dead player doesn't table his hand (both cards face up on the table), obviously it needs to be considered folded.

WTF, the guy is dead. Money is of no use to him and his wife is now rich from the life insurance settlement. His hand is DEAD.
