I'm about to get promoted to manager at UPS after working there as an hourly for over three years. My managers are useless pieces of crap though, so I'm not too worried about my added "responsibilities".

The latest: Someone I supervise is way behind on her work. I told her to cancel a two day training last week to get caught up. I meet with her today and ask how much progress she's made. None.
