Default QQ with flush draw vs overpush

SB was 29/0/0, but only over 40 hands, no special reads

Stack sizes:
UTG: $17.25
CO: $180.20
Hero: $108.90
SB: $78.25
BB: $39.05

Pre-flop: (5 players) Hero is Button with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
2 folds, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to $4</font>, SB calls, BB folds.

Flop: J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($9, 2 players)
SB checks, <font color="#cc0000">Hero bets $7</font>, <font color="#cc0000">SB raises all-in $74.25</font>, Hero calls?!

I put him on a pair and a flushdraw, or a naked TP/Flushdraw. Is a call plausible?
