also, it's everyone can reply, but only some can start threads.. right?

[/ QUOTE ]

nope, people not on the list cant reply either

basically the high stakes clique wins, they get a forum where they can exclude others at will without them even being able to ask questions. its pretty sickening, really.

so i see my premonition was correct. its going to become a group that willfully excludes others from contributing.

[/ QUOTE ]

No the have a limited number of posters who can start threads, anyone can respond to a post.

The threads I learn the most in are usually the ones I don't post in.

Woodguy

Thus posters who are invited to post will have full access to the forum much like any other forum on 2+2. Those who are not selected will still be allowed to view the forum in its entirety, however, they will not be able to post.

Evg,

I chalk it up to the generation gap, but can you please state what exactly what you want to say clearly for us older folk?

Including reasoning is good too, you are smart and should share that more than you currently do.

Thanks,
Woodguy

heh,

i was just saying that I thought the MTT forum (even with its faults) was pretty unparalleled compared to the other forums online.

it'd be like making an improvement to the statue of liberty and doing it in the hopes of making it the best national landmark within 50 miles of staten island

and misclick, i dont need you to quote me what justin said in the post. in the other 'semi-invite only' fourms (ElD, Sklansky) it was just a select few who could start the threads
