Novice Needs to Build Website
Hey guys,
I have just started a business and am looking to build as professional looking a website as possible. I would like to make this myself with the help of a software program. I know nothing about writing or manipulating HTML code and do not have time to learn. My question: Assuming price is not an issue, what is the best and easiest software for me? Thanks! |

Re: Novice Needs to Build Website
Since this day and age is all about presentation and hooking people that way - its best if you come up with a plan and design yourself and then source someone with skills to actually implement it.
Using a WYSIWYG when you don't have time to learn isn't the greatest way of making something "professional." But to answer your question - Dreamweaver and/or Contribute would probably the best option, Contribute more so for the user who doesn't "get" html/css/java etc to begin with. |

Using an easy editor like NVU, you can make a totally decent (non flash, non goofy) website that nobody would sneer at. A clear display of information isn't so "unprofessional". |

If you've got some artistic talent and a halfway decent understanding of web page layout, then I can agree with what you're saying Sam. |
