FTP 1Million Getting Enough Value on Turn TPTK w/ Nut FD

Have only been at table for less than two orbits. This guy has raised in LP several times and made a C-bet almost everytime. I called because I was OOP and knew he was going to make c-bet. Should I be raising this turn? Or am I being too Nittish. I made the small river bet because I thought he was going to reraise me. At the end of the hand I felt like I played this horribly. What did I do wrong? Advice on all streets please.

575 pre. given you didnt check calling seems like spew on flop. turn if i check its with the intention of cring since we can get it in vs a ton of Ax hands and he will also call with naked flush draws if he is bad. river plase bet like 1350 or so. this hand is pretty bad on all streets.

I hate the preflop flat call. I hate the flop check call. The river....ehh I usually bet more but not end of world to bet as much as you did.
