i think the net run line only shows the current gap between the two lines instead of the change in the gap. I guess you could just look at the net run line and look at its slope.

That's strange. Sorry for the dumb questions, but

- Is your system date/time correct?
- Are those hand definitely in the database? Do they have the correct date on the general info tab in PokerTracker?
- Is your time offset on the databases tab correct?

The access and postgres queries all have the same parameters, they're just converted into the syntax of each database. I just played a couple of hands and it picked up both.

Get back to me if you still have problems.

The time offset in PokerEV is the same for both DBs. When I do "since August 11" and choose the Access DB, 1100 hands load. When I do "since August 11" from the PostgreSQL DB, it instantly goes to "0 hands loaded"

Have you changes PokerTracker's Import preferences? It sounds like it is still importing to the old Access DB.

i have two short question:

1. what does the "equity adjusted" figure under game analyses tell me? i know by know that it is not a messure for my luck, but what information can i get out of it?

2. actual winnings (game analyses) +/- net run (luck graphs) = what i should have one w/o luck involved
or am i missing something?

thanks in advance...

is the BB in this program big blinds, or big bets(2x the big blind)?

also is there a way for this program to report the % your hitting big draws all in on flop? or the % u are losing to them all in on flop?

doh, this seems to be it. If I move all the processed HH files from the 11th over to my HH folder and import, PT should load them right (now that ive switched postgresql to default.

What is the "Showdown Winnings" line, how is it calculated, and what does it tell you in relation to Sklansky Bucks and to Total Winnings?

On the box? It's a relic from the previous version. I left most of these features in because people do want to use them - even if skewed - since they measure a larger portion of luck.

Use the "All ins with total winnings" on the luck graphs tab, the red line is basically your winnings adjusted for all in luck.

It's PTBB, which is 2x big blind.

[/ QUOTE ]
It's the amount you won/lost on hands that went to showdown. The difference between this and total winnings can be telling of how you do in non showdown hands, particularly when used with filters. In relation to Sklansky Bucks, it measures both luck on all streets and the skew caused by your style of play. It requires interpretation to use properly and is unreliable as an indicator of how you run. The main point of it is to see how much money went in as a favorite, which factors out a significant portion of the luck of the game and gives you a rough idea of where your money comes from. Again, these are designed to be used with the filters and replayer to spot leaks.
