just played some FT, people weren't kidding those games were sick good too. i guess poker is just awesome fullstop.

[/ QUOTE ]

thank goodness its finally starting to sink in with people that FT isnt much different than party (at least at the 1/2 and 2/4 limits). i have been making this point since the end of May in the ssnl thread and i keep gettting flamed by the US players. i was wondering if i was going crazy or not coz FT has seemed pretty much just as soft as party since i got back into playing there. maybe some of the better msnl players will jump over to FT more often and make my life eaiser!

i have been debating whether to make FT my primary site to play on, but i cant bring myself to leave party. old habits die hard i guess

i can't believe there are people who have recently purchased 30" monitors who even dream of deserving sympathy from others.

I play anywhere between 4 to 8 tables (usually 6) these days without betpot script. It's really not that hard and gives you a lot more flexibility in your bet sizing, especially since it's soo easy to just get stuck in betting 3/4 or 2/3 or whatever on every postflop street without thinking twice.

[/ QUOTE ]

You know that you can scroll for different betting amounts right? Also, it doesn't have to be auto-bet for preflop or postflop. For example I have mine set to auto raise 4xbb+1 by clicking down the wheel, and postflop I right click to 80% pot and then scroll up or down if I want to bet a certain amount. Postflop it doesn't autobet like preflop so I have more flexibility.

[/ QUOTE ]

ya ofc. you can also set it up so it can autobet postflop(if you'd want that). but I always get so lazy and bet very close to what I set it to(like 75% pot +- 5%), and never bet different amounts like 1/4 pot or overbet or anything like that that I can easily have fun with without the script, but as I said always get too lazy if im using script

edit: not saying everyone should quit using it or anything, just explaining that you CAN multitable without it, and I kinda like it more.

i quite like the fact that I allways bet the same amount for CB (etc.) when massively multi-tableing.... it stops me having to second guess myself (did he check-raise because my bet was so weak?). When you have so many tables going, I like that preflop/flop are just totally standard single clicks and that you don't have to think about the consequences of simple decisions. But I agree, it's not as fun, interesting, or techincally correct as varying your bet sizes when playing less tables.
