Default Trips in a re-raised pot, kinda deep

he was 30/13/1.1, not really much to go on, pretty sure this is the first 3bet pot we'd played, i haven't really been active pf, so my range here would be perceived as pretty tight.

I kinda thought as soon as i made this turn bet it was a mistake, and maybe a check might be better?

2 hands in his range are ahead now, he may fold aq, also if i check here i might get another bet out of kk/qq on the river, but then again i've trips with loads of $$$ behind!
