Not true. Fish think they're being skillful and outplaying people when they do get "lucky." Also, it would gather more people in the fight to legalize online poker in the U.S. if this idea was brought to the forefront.

i think he's thinking bigger picture i.e. U.S. anti-gaming legislation. this one commercial airing more would be insignificant in the grand scheme of things though.
