Default 109R AQ from early position vs BB

This is half an hour after the rebuy period and the first major pot for both of us. Villain accumulated most of his chips with preflop all ins with big pairs. This is the first time I play with him.

Are the bet sizes any good here? Not sure what to put villain on, my best guess on the turn was Ax. Should I bet the River?

I'd bet river a bit bigger.

Looks pretty good to me but I'd be betting more on the turn so I could value-shove the river

Reguardless of bet sizing I dont think Im ever shoving this river. I bet a little more on river, but notmuch, maybe $1800, just habit I guess.

I dont see how you think shoving the river is going to make you more money than $1400-$1800. I think a shove is actually very bad.

Betting 1/4 pot is way worse than shoving.

What do you think his range is for calling down 3 streets and which of those hands will call 1400 on the end and not a shove?
