im 18years old and have an account on ultimatebet.Is it legal if i cashout and checks are sent to my house under my name?will there be any problems if i do this?I have been getting these checks cashed out under my dads name,but dont want to do that anymore

Sounds like you set up an account in your Dad's name because you were under 18, and now that you are 18 you want to go "legit" ha.

The bank will not care. However, why not just use neteller and direct deposit it into your bank account?
