Rock Climbing? Guided Tours?

I am interested in going rock climbing but i am a complete newb and don't have the amount of arm strenght nessicary to do it i think. I am fit enough to do it.

Is there guided tours that can help me do this? I want to do soemthing similar to mission impossible II.

Has anyone ever went rock climbing before? Where'd you go?
