If it's only $50, then tying up the money shouldn't be a concern.

barely know who the guy is, but didn't he throw a kid off the stage a week ago? (assume though he'd be charged already if he was going to be??)

Yeah this guy seems stable and smart enough for it to be a lock that he doesn't get arrested.

I dont know if we should have a running bodog props thread (like the old arbs thread) or not but I just placed 2 bets that I feel fairly good about.

1) Will judge Larry Seidlin sign a deal to star in a television series in 2007? No +110 (now +120)

Weeping Larry just resigned and there are rumors that he will get his own TV show. However, I can find absolutely nothing that makes me believe this will happen other than pure speculation - ie, there are no "NBC is courting him" type of rumors. There are also rumors that he quit because he was going to be brought up on ethic charges and apparently Nicole x-rays were found near his apartment.

There is definitely a chance he will get a show but I would place the NO at -150 minimum. I love getting +110 on the rumor mill.

2) Will Lou Pearlman be found guilty of fraud in his upcoming trial? Yes -160

It sounds like they have him dead to right. He will plead out or be found guilty. Any plea bargain is considered a YES. I like this all the way to -300. The only downside is that this one may take a very long time to clear.

Ignore my recommendation. There were announcements almost immediately after posting this that he has signed a deal. I actually covered the yes because the news was so strong. Amazing how quickly the news changed. I simply hit the refresh button on my browser and there was all this new info.

Actually, I think you strongly want the yes here. He has to tape the pilot and they have to like it. But you have to love the -160 on the yes. Also, the bodog wording is a bit vague on whether the show or the signing of the contract needs to be in 2007. I assume they mean the contract but you might want to clarify. Since I am on both sides now I dont care
