Trouble signing up with sportsbooks

I'm confused here. I've tried to sign up with a couple of sportsbooks, and when it asks what country I'm from (USA) it doesn't give me an option to choose US.

Note: The books I tried were pinnacle and VIP. Is there some method you guys use to get around this?

You're not going to be able to sign up with Pinnacle from the USA. I'm not sure on VIP.

VIP does not allow people from US or Cananda to signup.
