Why Isn't PA HUD Working With the New FTP?

Since the latest software update my PA HUD will not consistently work on FTP. Sometimes out of nowhere stats will show up for various players with the displays I have set them for, but it will not work consistently. I am using Version 1.17 Beta and I am also using Windows Vista; is Vista the problem here?

unless you are running 1.17.4 or later, you must have flick-free drawing set to on for FT stats to show.

Try a later update. I use 1.17.4 and it works fine, but I use XP rather than Vista.
