Default Wii? for Mii?

My roommates told me that if I buy a wii I dont have to buy toilet paper anymore. Seems fair.

I played it for the first time this weekend. Seemed fun enough but game selection is lacking.

FWIW I love my 360 and will continue to play mostly that but the wii would just be on the side.

For those that own, is it worth getting? What games should I pick up?

I have one and if i could go back i would likely not have gotten one.

Mario Galaxy
Zelda
Metroid Prime 3
Paper Mario
Wii Play

I have a Wii and have played through Super Mario Galaxy (well, just the main story, don't have 120 stars yet) and Resident Evil 4 so far. Both are awesome. I suspect if you have roommates a Wii is even more fun; Mario Strikers Charged is probably ridic fun to play with friends (it's still pretty fun to play on its own but it def feels like a party game imo).

If you're ballin and can spare the cash then I figure why not? There are def some good games and you'll get solid entertainment from it. Otherwise the $250 would prob be better spent on some of the recent 360 games.

I love my wii and it gets the most play of any system that I own currently (all the nex gens +).

my 360 currently is just an overpriced DVD player, as will be my PS3 when I get the Blue-Rays in.

I think it's a good system for casual gamers and also a good secondary system, especially if you have friends to play it with. If you're a more "serious" gamer and can only get one, you're better off with a PS3 or 360 IMO.

Wow huge thanks. Yeah I cruised through Cod4 and bioshock and just picked up mass effect but I'm getting bored of serious time commitments and serious games.

Now I just need to try to find one.
