Another Cheating: Ipoker provided superaccount HH with HOLE CARDS

I would like to comment on this subject as I see it. Before I do so it should be known that I am a Poker Manager of an iPoker Card Room.

When players request a HH from the support team, what they should receive is a text file of the requested HH which will only show their own hole cards, except for hands that have reached showdown. In this instance the hole cards of the players that have reached showdown will be visible.

I firmly believe that the member of staff of the card room associated to these allegations has made an honest error and sent out the hand history of a screen printed admin shot.

If there is more to this, then it is purely a card room, not iPoker matter.

Yeah it must be an honest error to printscreen the admins HH view and email the pic, instead of sending a standard txt HH file out like you do every other time.

The same thing happened to me on Poker4Ever.

I got all in preflop with QQ and got disconnected on the turn. Since I didn't have the HH and I wanted to see what I was up against given villain's unusual line. I e-mailed support to ask them to send the HH.

They sent me the text of the hand history in the email and, for some reason, also included this image to show where I had disconnected in the hand.

Obv. I found it a little weird that they showed me all the hands, particularly since one of the players opened KTo and called my squeeze.

I have no connection with this site and know nobody working there, I was just playing there to clear a bonus and have recently cashed out most of the money I had on there.
