Default 27.5 Correct Shove?

This table has been playing pretty tight..I have been able to pick up the blinds one or twice the last 4 or 5 orbits w/out much resistance..Villian who open min-raises has done this before w/ weak hands like KJo...I am fairly sure I am ahead here..I know I am in a vulnerable position if someone behind picks up a hand but is the shove too much here?

Your shove is a pretty considerable over bet but if you think his range is really weak it doesn't suck.

I also don't hate making it 13k here pre and jamming when he checks the flop.

If its against unknown I think I muck here PF. But I steal a lot more than most, so I think I gain my equity elsewhere.

I find in low buy ins people fold a lot to simple preflop steals, so I dont risk coming over the top of an early position raiser without a good hand AK+. I guess in the same logic I might fold 1010 here to so maybe im playin too tight.

Im not a huge fan, why go out on such a risk with a healthy stack. Peel a flop and play poker, he might chk/fold flop

as your well aware your deepish for a MTT in postion with a decent hand and if his opening range is as you said you can try steal the pot on the flop

EDIT: Srry i misread stack sizes and opening raise, I thought he min raised to 2k, ok now your push isnt as bad as I thought considering the range you put him on

I now think i just dump it preflop or make it 10k to 12k and pushing any flop
