actually, that has happened a couple of times with me as well. Even though there is a showdown, the hand just says mucked in HH, and PAHud doesn't show it either. I have wondered what that was all about

Hmm intresting, has this happened just since last update or maybe before also?

Im like 99.9% its wrong

[/ QUOTE ]

The only time I've noticed this is when I'm waiting to post and haven't been dealt into the hand.

Yep,we are strictley speaking about when players go to showdown.
If the checkbox says muck all uncalled hands:@At showdown the winner is only show to the table the loser would be hidden if he has this ticked but it WOULD BE ON THE HAND HISTORY

That happened a few times to me as well. I was looking at some hands in PT and one went to showdown and his hand wasn't shown. I was like wtf? Happened another time to me I think as well. This was several months ago btw.

Did you get the action wrong in your first post? if you were the one calling a shove he would have to show first anyway.

MAT111

Any hand that goes to showdown regardless of "muck hand at showdown if uncalled" is shown on the Hand History

This has happened to me before too ... I'd say a handful of times over the past year. It's rare and villain always seems to have <100BB (perhaps a lot less, I'm not sure). The support guy is talking about visibly showing at the table, not the HH (even though it's pretty clear what you're talking about).

If you have the hand number handy have you tried having them email it to you?
