friend got messed up
i had just left the bar, right after 2 other friends just left.
some dude hit him over the head with a pint glass. he got 46 stitches on his forehead and face. douchebag was lucky my other 2 friends had just left. one trains MMA and the other used to box a bit. guy ran off jumped in a cab, other friend stopped cab, cobs got the douche. anyone know what will hopefully happen to this guy, realistically?

Well he could be charged with assault, I dunno what classifies assault with a deadly weapon but this probably wont qualifiy. Other than that your friend can sue him if he has good enough cause.

[/ QUOTE ] seriously, i think this guy is lucky he didnt' do this 30 mins earlier. i'm a big pussy, but the guy he hit is not one to mess with. i'm convinced if he didnt' get messed up so bad, he would have stomped the [censored] out of him. he usually carries around a collapsable baton. and i'm sure our other two friends would have gone to town. my pacifist ass would have either flipped out at seeing the blood and jumped in, or would have stopped my friends from [censored] him up too bad. it really would be a coin toss here.
