Assume you bet $40. He folds 60%, shoves the rest of the time with you drawing to 2 outs or about 10% equity:

bet/fold = .6 * 50 + .4*-40 = +$14
bet/call = .6 * 50 + .4*.9*-72 + .4*.1*(72+50) = +$8.96

Easy money either way. And I think he folds even more frequently than 60%.
