Default 50NL - Overpair facing flop c/r

Want to get some feedback on this situation. Just recently there seems to have been an increase in c/r & r/r on the flop, some of it genuine and obv. some of it is done with air. In this situation villain (17/15/3) calls in the BB, then c/r the flop bet. He would have r/r pf w/ AA or KK, and prob not called w/ 65 or A5, leaving a set as the most likely hand he could have that beats me. Do you fold, call, or 4 bet the flop here?

BB ($49.25)
Hero ($50)
MP ($49.25)
CO ($53.15)
Button ($62.05)
SB ($50.85)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with Qd, Qc.
Hero raises to $1.75, 4 folds, BB calls $1.25.

Flop: ($3.75) 4s, 3c, 2s (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $2.4, BB raises to $7.45, Hero ???

I think his most likely holdings are sets and overpairs. I like raising his bet here as youre more than likely ahead of his range. You could call to pull the stack a donk on the turn but there are a decent number of cards that kill your action either by scaring you or him.

If you 3bet though, he's most likely folding everything you beat and only calling with hands that crush you (set/unlikely straight) or some kind of big draw.

Im not entirely sure villain folds his stronger overpairs to a 3 bet honestly. Even 55 is probably going to push/call because of his oesd. The only hands that probably fold here are like 66-88 possibly. Take into account the random times its AQ/AJ thinking youre making a move and I like the 3 bet.

If we 3bet here, we're getting pushed on by every flush plus gutter/ set ... everything else is folding that we're way ahead of (pp's 77-JJ or whatever).

I say flat call and see a safe turn and villain's turn action before committing the rest of our chips.

Totally agree..i dont think there is a single card in the deck that isnt a scare card to either you or him.
