I have been waiting 3 days now for one from UB. This, after my first one got rejected, supposedly by epass. Before this I was usually getting them within 12 hours from UB.

i just got and used my epassporte visa and it worked like a charm!!!
i then realize that there are no fees when using it to charge for purchases, whereas the neteller card had like a $2 fee.

no load fees onto the card also, where neteller charged for that too. it is linked directly to your account so anything on epassporte is on the card. sweet!!!!
this card f'ing rules!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

if neteller ever returns i will pull my money out and stick with epassporte!!!
