Default 20/40 at Bay 101 against a TAG

Very tight game and I'm waiting for a table change. Lots of blind choping and pots going down with no flop. Villian is Hank, a tight agressive, apparently very good player who has been at the table about 20 minutes.

Comments on all streets please.

Folded to Hank in the hijack who raises. I have the button and three bet A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], blinds fold, Hank 4 bets, I just call? (no cap h/u).

Flop is T [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]8 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]5 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Check, bet, raise, I make it three bets. He calls.

Turn is a 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], check, I bet, he raises, I call.

River is a A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Bet, raise, he 3 bets, I 4 bet, he 5 bets, and I don't know what to do.

I guess he could have 67s? I would have 3 balled the turn.

I think I am just calling the 5-bet. Then again my regular game hasn't had a 5-bet on the river since 2003.

I'd go one more here. I think his River 5-bet has everything to do with what he is putting you on. You 3-bet preflop so he isn't puttin you on 67 and you didn't 5-bet preflop so he probably isn't putting you on AA either. (Depending on his read on you of course.) My guess is he has TT and is putting you on AT... maybe 88, but you would have 3-bet the turn with 88.

I would have kept raising PF, but the way it worked out, it made you more money if he did have those Perfect 10s.

I'd raise again.

He has a set of tens, and its tough for him to put you on aces. Looks like you made two pair.

I don't know about 6-betting. Hell, I'm even kinda uneasy with calling. I have a feeling he has 67s.

Your read is tight aggressive good player, so that doesn't make him completely blind to the fact you really could have AA in this spot, ESPECIALLY the way you played it:

He has seen you 3-bet preflop, 3-bet flop, bet/called the turn, and 4-bet the river. Yet he still goes 5-bets?

Would he really put you on an overplay with AT and value bet his TT or 88? I mean, if you had AT would you normally 4-bet the river? I doubt it because you're worried about a set.

And like Beak said, you probably would have 3-bet the turn with 88, so I can't see him putting you on that and value betting TT again.

Again I have a feeling 67s, but with the pot size, I doubt I'm good enough to lay this down and just hope he made a bad read/overplay with a lower set.

I disagree that it looks like he made two pair. NewRoom 2-bet/4-bet the river. I don't think that many decent players overplay AT in that spot after all the previous street action, especially in the 20 game. There's 88 or even TT out there so why would you twice raise on the river with just aces-up?

Then the villain 5-bets it? Something is up.

Maybe AA also for a foul deck. LOL.

Would he really 4-bet 67s preflop? Smells like TT (most likely) or 88 to me.

I would lean towards one more raise here and then a call. You under-represented your hand twice. For him to have TT here he would have done so only once on the cheapest street. He could still believe you have 88 until you raise this last time.

If he raises again, then it could be any of the following 5 possible hands that were overplayed on the flop but make sense on all other streets: 76s or 32s of spades.
