Unfortunately . . .

Yeah so you realize mathematically you can't beat keno, but you still keep hoping to beat it. (Same thing as saying you realize they shouldn't/aren't rigging it, but you're still scared they might be.)

Unfortunately, I also know what humans are capable of when money and personal interests are involved and I have to consider all options, also the ugly ones.

[/ QUOTE ]

Rigging things in favor of American players isn't an ugly option, it's a stupid option. American players are less likely to go elsewhere because there are less elsewheres to go to. If the sites were going to rig things, they would rig them in favor of the non Americans.

The whole notion is a load of hooey regardless.

Thank you.

Whatever. I'm sure that the opinion of an 19 year old kid that has practically no contact with the real world is very accurate.

William,

I don't know about HSB, but I'm in my 40s and very jaded/pessimistic about most things/people. But I'm still not buying the "it's rigged" BS. However if you are worried about it, then you should do just what you should if you were in a live game where you thought you might be cheated, and that is TO QUIT . . . and . . . GET A REAL JOB.

Start practicing in front of the mirror now saying the following with a winning smile, "You want fries with that?".

I'm 36 and have plenty of contact with the real world. I'm at my actual real world job right now.

I'd take the opinion of a 7 year old kid who uses logic and reason over yours.

I am sorry to be another hater, but William, this is ridiculous. Use a little common sense.

What is more likely?

1)The large, established poker rooms that have proven to be reputable are suddenly acting shady to keep some money in the US accounts.

or

2)Without deposit options, many of the poor players do not have money in there accounts leaving primarily "winning" players. Now the game has gotten more difficult as result of the this filtered field. Oh yeah, sometimes we run bad too.

FWIW, I am an American player, and my winrate has been reduced since the neteller withdrawl, although over a small sample. As opposed to screaming "RIGGED," I have change my approach for game selection to include a range of limits and types of exploitable players. If you just want to truck along doing what worked in the past...go ahead and blame your reduced success on the site.

[/rant]

PS - Sorry for the flame, but posts like this are doing no good for the current state of poker.

Ok it's not rigged and I truly believe that but if for the sake of argument we assume they were going to do this there's really two arguments:

1) They Rig in favor US players to keep client base up as losers can't reload

2) They Rig in favor of Non-US players so the Non-US players continue to like them because they don't care about the US players...

Hmmmm

I'll go with Option one after I take another Valium...

Your logic is faulty because your assumption is wrong. US players can reload.
