Villain was 28/13/1.5 over 380 hands. Fold BB to steal 87%. No history or reads.

The cold call came as a surprise.

I'd check behind the flop. Although I'd also check behind with a weak ace.

I'd probably fold river. All you beat is a weak hand like TT turning itself into a bluff.

looks like villain is taking hero to value town on river.
with those stats im folding river, ur praying he has QQ/JJ/(TT?) and i think thats less of his range vs AA/AK, even every mid PP hit (if he's that bad). Just let it go.

folds to BB steal is 87%, so he's only playing his raising range out of the blinds, his calling range is polarised even further given its a 3bet pot. Imo he's only calling a very small range here, but potentially still playing the pot passive.
