i just bought the same watch at Tourneau at Caesar's Palace. i paid $5100 tax included for it. and I got the extended 2 year warrantee that covers everything including polishes, etc.

did i overpay?

Yea you overpaid. I was at the same store looking at the same watch. I said "so how much can you take off?" And he said let me check, and went in the back. Came back and said I could get it for $4,150 + tax. All new Breitlings come with 2 year warantee. You probably overpaid by at least $600.

"Retail" price is almost always BS. They usually have lots of wiggle room.

Tissots are probably most "bang for your buck" in the Swiss-made, automatic movement category. Retail is $1095, I got it for $840 tax and duty free in the Caribbean. Def not as baller as a Breitling or a TAG Link (my personal favorite....Breitling is too "blingy" for me), but a good watch given my personal status. Try looking into Tissot.
