Default Good spot to bluff?

Villian is Isaw2 2+2 member and a 100nl reg...although I didnt know this before this hand..I was fully prepared to bet any river esp if the flush hit but w/ the J hitting I have some showdown value vs lower PPs howd I play this

villian was running at 30/26/2.5 in about 80 hands

So what did he do on the river? If he checks, you check, too - you have way too much showdownvalue to bluff here and he isn't going to fold a K.
Flopcall is meh, as you rely purely on bluffing him later.

I don't think it's a good spot. How many hands do you coldcall preflop with that has a K? It's harder to rep a set because theres only 99 and maybe he figure you'd 3-bet pf with that. Villain will probably call river a lot especially after his turn call and he'll most likely put you on a busted draw.

he has a pp 90% of the time. if he is the type to make hero calls bet close to pot to represent a bluff, otherwise go with 20-25.
