final table of a 55 buy in rebuy. 9 left avg stack 6k, 13 players total.blinds 400 800 50 ante

Table has lots of regular lags but, the last hour we have only seen 2 flops and 1 all in to take player 10out.

Utg+1 22 fold or shove??

fold...course ducks and I are not friendly lately..trend has been for me to get it in vs overs and then the board two pairs to counterfit...also how quick are the blinds moving?
