Default A8s from UTG

I am struggling at picking up 6-max. I admitedly have a small sample with only 3k hands. I am noticing that my WTSD stats are really low (28%). So, basically I am curious if this is a call down.

CO is typical loose passive. He cold calls a lot and only bets when he has a great hand.

Just stats on button. 24/18/5.33.

Is anyone calling down here? Is the flop call alright?

I might peel the flop here, but usually I just fold it. All your outs are pretty tainted.

I'll peel the flop here, but just a simple fold on the turn. You don't have the best hand and you don't have a draw.

I dont open with A8s UTG unless I have some sort of read about the table... i.e. theres a maniac who raises 80% pf or guys will cold call with J8o or something retarded like that. You got two players in behind you and your OOP (nevermind u got 3-bet here), which just highlights why its bad to open with this hand from this position.

I don't mind taking one off here on the flop, hoping to catch something because the pot is large, but by the turn your hand is pretty hopeless, so I fold. NO WAY I go to showdown with A8 UI against a 3-bet and two opponents.

I'm never calling the flop here. God, fold the flop. Turn, please fold.

2 BDSDs, Nut BDFD and Top OverCard. Woot Woot! Getting 11:1. Peel looks OK to me.

If we're pretty certain [which we seem to be] that CO won't c/r us here then getting 11:1 the flop peel doesn't seem too bad.

Since I am just learning 6-max I have been following the starting hand chart in the shorthanded manual. That is why I raised A8s UTG.

Raising A8s UTG is totally standard for me. In fact, I am only mucking it when there are a couple players constantly making it 3-4 bets PF. It's just so easy to play in most situations.

You caught an absolutely terrible flop. Your "bd straight draws" are way trashy. Your ace outs are exceptionally dirty. The only thing you have going for you is your bd flush draw. You are ahead here like .01% of the time. A flop fold is mandatory.
