[ QUOTE ]
Fast track to yesterday when I walk out onto my balcony and have a conversation with my neighbors where they happily tell me that my cat is now sleeping in their house.

[/ QUOTE ]

I've never had a cat, but this seems kind of weird to me. You didn't know the cat was sleeping there before they told you? Does that mean if they had never told you about it, you'd be happy in your ignorance? If so, seems like your life is exactly the same as it was before, except with increased likelihood of free pastries.

Leave a trail of open tuna cans directing the sweet kitty back to the correct household.

What if he follows it the other way?

You should just give the cat to the neighbors. They already give you cool stuff now, just think what you would get from them if you gave them the cat.

Or do you think they've been bribing me with the cakes? Maybe they're really sneaky after all. Oh man, I'm going to bed. If any of you can think up a good way to get my cat back I'll be happy.

adsman, I think it's time you get the ninja involved. Ask him to go kick ass and take names (and cat)

But the real answer is when you see the cat, just give it some food he will come running back.

you can also start throwing a ball of string around the yard aimlessly looking sad
