why does FTP only give you 2 weeks for a bonus?

Well it seems to only help the higher limit players, obviously if you play 2/4 and under it's practically impossible. At 2/4, you could whore it out after what 25k of hands?
If they would bonuses once a month, with a 2 week expiration date, it wouldn't be that bad. This would at least make players have FTP as their primary site.
