They let me use their weights and stuff sometimes. I'm currently getting charged roughly $60 an hour to use the facility though, that seems really high.

In general terms, the lawsuit alleges that 24 Hour Fitness engages in unlawful practices by collecting dues beyond the term of the monthly contreacts . . . making false and and deceptive advertisements . . . and claiming that certain periods of notice are necessary to terminate the agreements.

BTW if you Google "24 hour settlement" there are like at least 3 separate class action settlements against them. WTG 24 hour fitness, ripping off your customers and your employees.

PLUS most of their locations are only open like 12-16 hours. That's totally false advertising man.

I got the one for the suit about that BS where when you cancel they totally screw you. IIRC when I cancelled I ended up having to pay for like 5-6 more weeks. That is one of the lawsuits. I think my wife and I are getting like $23 or so. At least this one is for a decent reason. Not those stupid "shareholder" lawsuits by the lawyers that buy one share of pretty much every stock out there and then just file anytime the stock price drops, so they get a couple hundred K in fees and stockholders get a coupon for a free slurpee or some crap.
