reraiser visibly shakes when dealt pocket 10 - A .. I witnessed this over and over which was not the case this time. Shes loose and frequently shows down second pair or weak top pair at the river. Seems to get married to good hands that dont hit well either. My read this time was either im being followed with a weaker K or she stumbled into a trip 9s

Ask yourself one question. Will she raise here on a big street with any hand that you are ahead of. I would say a majority of loose/passive/bad 2/4 players aren't raising with less than a nine here. Your read above lets us know she is bad but it says nothing of her post flop aggression which is all that really matters here. Calling down just because she sucks at poker can be just giving away money. I'm not saying folding is correct here just that your read is concentrating on the wrong part of her game.

I don't know exactly how your game plays but in my local 3/6 live this is a 9 100%. In my game I fold here and never ever throw away the best hand.
