i would def call pf but proceed cautiously with that min raise... that being said i dont think a shove is good here... id use position and just call on the flop

And do what? Fold turn? Not necessarily disagreeing, but we're gonna be faced with a big turn bet most of the time.

Agreed, fold flop or get it in, villain dependent.

just shove, if you fold this flop i don't see why you'd call pf

I cant imagine this being worse than AhKh or a better pair vs. a villain with those stats. I prob call pre and fold flop

You are never ahead when that push is called, I'm probably set mining with QQ here.

You don't have odds to set mine, either shove pf, or if you're calling it should be to shove non A/K flops. Folding pf wouldn't be terrible without history, since a TAG UTG is rarely small 4-betting a worse hand here if you haven't been 3-betting him light. As played shoving flop or shoving pf is the way to go.

I fold to his 4-bet min-raise preflop(!!!) unless I know villain is doing this with hands like AK/medium pockets/b***s****...
I might call for set value if villain is deep though.

My bad, I thought they both had 200$. Fold preflop, even though it hurts. If this guy is 4betting light, you'll know it soon enough.
