I PMed you my referal links on TreasureTrooper and Cashcrate. I used these a while back and made a little extra spending money ($~500). The best way to do them is to buy the prepaid simon credit cards and use them to sign up for the ones that pay out say $10 and cost you $1 for shipping or something. (Use a fake email and addy!) The companies that advertise "Get Paid to take surveys" and make you pay a fee to sign up are basically scams. You can go and sign up on the panels yourself.

For the most part, very few pay on a regular basis, and when they do, they're usually for an amount less than $5. Some of the legit industry leaders are harrispollonline, surveyspot and greenfieldonline.

Also - if you live in a city, you can make far more money by registering to participate in focus groups. Young male adults usually get paid $75 - $125 for two hours and are always being interviewed.
