sorry for my ignorance, but how is the best way to order this book given i live in the UK? i've looked on amazon but they say they aren't yet selling it, and to keep checking.

This should have been a thread where people can discuss the contents of the book.

The reviews will come in once people start getting their copies in the mail, I promise. I can't imagine anyone who plays NLHE is waiting on reviews before buying this though...
