Re: Initial presentation
Clark,
Do you still live in the house with the castle turrets? Is he putting in holes for dumping hot oil? |

Ixnay on the ipesstray, especially orizontalhay
The paint estimate does seem high, even taking into consideration that you're probably tripling the labor costs to lay out the stripes. |

Re: Initial presentation
Clark,
I also like the floors, hate the paint stripes. Overall, I really think the biggest impact is going to be made by just having less stuff. |

I hope he does the interior designing bit better than he draws....

Re: Initial presentation
I agree with all the others - those paint stripes are weird. it also just seems like something that you're more likely to get 'sick of' than 'used to'.

If you have to go wall-to-wall carpeting I think berber is the only acceptable kind. -Al [/ QUOTE ] Berber is about the lowest quality carpet one can buy. I'm surprised that the carpet industry has managed to convince the public otherwise for all these years. |

This doesn't really impact me because I really can't stand wall-to-wall carpeting. -Al |

Technically, they are horrible. The vanishing points don’t converge and the perspective is all off. I'm pretty sure all of these were done in only a few hours and probably gratis. |

Re: Initial presentation
I don't like the massive TV in the room with the fireplace. It's a great room with nice furniture and it's all completely overpowered by that massive TV. It's looks like something a college kid would do. Plus you seem to already have a TV viewing area.
