The one that gets me more than anything else is Dad, a cheesy movie from 1989 with Jack Lemmon and Ted Danson. Thad thing made me cry lke a little schoolgirl who skinned her knee.

Wow, no-one mentioned Paths of Glory yet? That's the only film I can remember crying to - the scene at the end where they're all singing in the bar. It was on TV one Christmas afternoon; I watched it alone and found myself quite unexpectedly bawling my eyes out...
