1500 calories a day diets are crazy. I eat 3000 to 3500 calories a day. Get out of your damn car. Start walking. Walk the stairs. Walk to the store.

I like sparkling water a lot myself. There definitely is something great and bracing about that fizzy thing. I love the heck out of it. For sure it's one of the main reasons I like soda so much, even though it's basically complete crap.
