Default Canterbury Park bought out--changes coming

From Star Tribune

The largest car dealer in Minnesota (and investor in the Myth night club) has purchased controlling interest in Canterbury. He plans to close the blackjack and pai gow room, reduce the size of the poker room by at least 50%, and close the Finish Line Cafe and Chips Bar to make space for an auto showroom for horse players to shop in.

He will also stop the mon and thur sng's and wed and sun NL tournies because he doesn't like that type of poker.

That really sucks.

It was the first post I read this morning. I fell for it.

Now I'm ready for 101 suddenly-unfunny April Fool's threads.

This OP also posted another "April Fools Joke" in another forum about Ferguson and Lederer getting busted.

It is not funny BigBuffet
