[/ QUOTE ] In terms of the ultimate decision of whether to fold or call, then I don't care how it got there, it is dead money, I am getting over 2-1 so it's a mandatory call. Of course I care about it much more when it's been put in. I personally prefer a call in position but this guy has been 3 betting a lot, 1 way to combat it is 4 bet so I see nothing wrong with heroes play here at all.

This is not a money making play... [/ QUOTE ] That's irrelevant.. Once its in the pot, its not his money anymore, 2-1 odds are 2-1 odds no matter whose money is in the pot. However, I would still just call the 3b, or push... w/ AK, I'd much rather be the AI aggressor than calling someone else AI, because the FE you get from it is usually what makes it +EV, rather than flipping or being dom'd. Please tell youre not. So what if he has a pair in his hand... we're flipping against all but two pairs. Even if we know he's only doing this w/ JJ+ and AK, we're 40/60, and getting odds to call.
