I would fold here. There are now four clubs on the board, I really doubt that your will getting called with the 8 clubs here.

Yeah, he's not going to be betting like that very often with a hand that you beat. By the title of this thread, I think you're focusing on the wrong things here. You're looking at the face value of the hand. But I think you're missing the fact that your hand really isn't very strong in this situation. You have to look at the way the opponent played the hand, and put him on a range of holdings. Then match that up with your hand, and figure out if you think its a profitable situation. Given the way he's played the hand, I don’t think your hand matches up very well versus his range of hands. Which pretty much seems like a big flush, lol.
