My guess for MLB is that there is never a push on the money line, and almost never on the 1.5 run line...

The eBook on Smart NFL betting linked in the FAQ has probabilty distributions for the various spreads in the NFL if you want that information. That would directly correspond to how often a push occurs for a given spread.

I had three pushes in the last two week with Bodog betting on college games. But Bodog doesnt have the best lines so it was probablly my fault for betting on those games.
