I really don't tilt. I just lost every hand for 12 hours straight it seems.

It took me one month to get that money grinding over 100k hands, and I lost it all in about 5,000 hands. I just don't understand this game or how people can make money playing it.

I'm going to take a break but I don't know how I can come back from this.

Losing $1500 at .25/.50 and .50/1 NL is NOT standard. Don't say you don't tilt, because anyone who says that is lying (or a bot?). Phil Ivey tilts. Doyle Brunson tilts. Brian Townsend tilts.

Also $1500 in 100k hands in one month at those limits is a pretty poor winrate. Move down, play less tables to re-evaluate your game. Try to improve, not just grind.

If you're talking abuot $50 and $100 NL, standard

losing 15 buy ins at 100nl is not standard, you should be stopping waaaaay before it gets that far , and 30 buy ins at at any level is just plain awful. ( 50nl)

With your winrate its really bad to lose that much in 5k hands. Ofc u could lose like 10 buyins a normal day but then u should have 20-30 buyin wins some big days.

standard swing for 5 + tables.
learn to welcome one of the hardest parts of poker.
everyone does their own thing to cope with it, find out what works for you. if you cant, you will go busto plain and simple.
just nut in some broads face and then start playing again it works for me.
