So I signed up at party poker 2 days ago, wanted to claim my 30% bonus up to 150$ so easily I would like to deposit 1000$ with mastercard.. Well because of some verification reason I could only deposit 100$ and I had to call them...

So i called them several times and each time they said it would be solved.. however it didnt get solved.

So I mailed them.. 24 hours later I got their response..

"You may deposit 100$ first, and then another 50$ right after to get your bonus"

OH WOW stupid cun*t . It's a 30% bonus UP TO 150$ which means I will only get 45 if depositing 150$ .. however its also a first deposit bonus, so I will only get 30$ of the original 100$ .. So I had to explain the support how the bonus offer works.?? Is this for real???

Now i've been waiting 12+ hours for their answer...

Is this just partysupport bottom line?

i'm sure they already told you this but if you use another payment processor that you will be able to do the full amount.
