I had said No but then forgot that they take your fingerprint at the borders when I flew to Canada, Costa Rica, and St. Maartens, so I guess so.

Had to go through FBI fingerprinting for my substitute certificate.
The only illegal places my fingerprints would be found would be on some of the underage girls I taught. (Though any illict activities occured as a result of situations not related to school) |

In the early 80s, the whole country was petrified of child snatching, every child I knew got these little ID cards and had there fingerprints taken. Lord knows where they are filed or if they were scanned.
