Still in it. Finished the day at 208,800 (name is Samuel Padgett). I took out John Murphy. That dude is crazy aggressive.

181k. Thanks for the support guys. Today was boring as hell. I was so card dead, and I was also at a table with a ton of huge stacks spashing around. Add to that a really good big stack who was raising tons was on my right, and Amnon Filippi? was on my left, I didn't really get a chance to play a lot of pots. In fact, the most I ever put into the pot was at most 40k.

Also that 400k pot with the donk of our table calling off most his chips with top pair no kicker and spiking two pair on the river after he was all in was unreal. I'm surprised nobody talked about that.

135k at the end of day 2, chipped up from 30k to 160k in the 1st level then fluctuated between 200 to 150k for most the rest of the day.

Lets hope for big things for tomorrow

Tourney experts: How long do you estimate it will take to play down from 806 players to the money at 621 players?

Blinds will be at 1200/2400, 300 antes for 40 minutes. Then 1500/3000, 400 antes for two hours. Average chpstack is like 150Kish I think.

How many chips would I theoretically need if I wanted to wuss out and fold my way to the money?

I think you'll regret it for a long time if you play it that way. Enjoy the experience and go for the $8m!

I'm sure I'll be fine once the cards are in the air. That being said, if I bust out tomorrow out of the money, after all the stress I have been through this week, I may go jump off the Stratosphere tower afterwards.

Seriously though, how long do you guys think it will take to reach the money?

Out just before final level of the day. Made an expert laydown of QQ on a 9 high flop after a donkey 3bet with it to short me, and was on life support for 3 hours after until I shove K9o from hijack and lost to TT. Rigged. I wanna just crawl in a hole and lay there for a few weeks. SO many soft spots, so few opportunities....
