Default M<4 Midtourney / To push or not to push

I always struggle in these situations. I have been short stacked after losing a race about one orbit ago. Since that hand I have been getting rags, the best being J8o. I then am dealt KQo from SB. Villain is LAG 38.4/23/1.7/40.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t200 (9 handed) internettexasholdem.com

MP2 (t1155)
MP3 (t4883)
CO (t3200)
Button (t3106)
Hero (t1182)
BB (t1537)
UTG (t6060)
UTG+1 :Villain (t12625)
MP1 (t4625)

Preflop: Hero is SB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">UTG+1 :Villain/ raises to t600</font>, <font color="#666666">5 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero ???</font>

Obviously, if folded to me it's an easy push. However, should I push w/ KQo or wait another round. I have 7 hands before the blinds get to me, but, unless the table played rapidly, the blinds likely will be t200/t400 by then.

What says you?

how many runners left? I don't like it but if you are a ways out of the money I may gamble and push here...need to get chips and you may not see better...is the table aggressive? Do you think you can steal later?

I like pushing...if you're beat hop in another one

Villain has a huge stack which means his chances of calling you are pretty good.. it is only 600 more. If this is a low buyin his range probably includes crap like K10 Qj or worse. Seems like a decent time to push to me unless the big stack has seemed nitty

There was 566 players left. 243 will finish in the money.

There was 3 players at the table with 30% VPIP, so I think the ability to steal is reduced. I would need a hand that had some kind of showdown value to push later.

I guess the root of the question is determining what hands first-in would be equal to this situation and the odds of getting a playable hands within 7 hands.

get it in...you have to double and double again...playing this short is a waste of time and since you ended up in this spot you may as well go kamikazee till you get some breathing room...I'd be happy with a race here
